Hermes: Proteomics Converter

Hermes is an application with a windows environment (GUI) for all the operations.

Hermes has a Queue system. The user can load as many files as he wants and the program will convert them sequentially.

To convert a file with size of 50MB it takes approximately 20seconds.

The application is written in Java, so it runs everywhere (OSX,Windows, Linux, …)

No installation is needed, you just download the "jar" file and execute it.
